Hidden Gem! My family wanted to find a good breakfast when traveling from Bolivar peninsula to Houston along I-10. We found this restaurant on Yelp with decent rating. It turned out that it’s underrated. Delicious food and great value! We (all adults) ordered 1 dish per person and had to ask for to-go boxes even before we started - we had for next breakfast at home. It is located a mile off the highway exit but it’s worth trying. I highly recommend.
La Shula has really improved. If you're not getting tacos here, you shouldn't get tacos. Girls have worked really hard to improve, and the place is better than ever. Very kind and sweet.
Handmade tortillas, green salsa was really good, the meat choices were good, I came here for lunch and was not disappointed. Customer service was excellent, not sure what all the bad reviews are for, unless something has changed since those bad ones, but my experience here was great.
The homemade feel this place has is something rare. The kitchen staff is all women cooking on small iron skillets per order! Amazing taste! The flavor OMG.
